Our Mission

LM Aviation Academy was born from a simple but powerful moment. In 2015, just before going on maternity leave, I trained a friend to replace me on a private operation. I created my first manual, and my American captain said:
“This is worth gold.”

That moment sparked something in me: the joy of sharing, the value of passing on real-world knowledge. After years flying with Emirates and Etihad, I discovered business aviation, and made that dream a reality. I rose through the ranks from Cabin Crew to Purser, then Onboard Coach in the Middle East, eventually being head hunted to become Cabin Crew Manager for a reputable private aviation company in Europe, leading a fleet of over 50 aircraft.

LM Aviation Academy is not a CCA school, it’s a prépa, a 360° training experience designed to prepare you for the world’s most prestigious airlines and private operators.

We focus on:

Posture, codes, grooming and presence
Aviation English, interview coaching and luxury service
Teamwork, emotional intelligence and well-being
Introduction to first aid, safety and security to help you understand key requirements before formal certification with the airline
